With a track record of building Customer Success (CS) departments from the ground up, I've honed my expertise in creating robust frameworks, processes and structures tailored for scalable post-sales operations.
My approach centers on placing the customer at the forefront of every fundamental strategy, as sustainable growth starts with a solid foundation of customer satisfaction and retention.
